Ticket delivery by email
If you choose email as method of delivery, you can save your ticket on your smartphone or print it.

Please note that the ticket security system only allows you to enter the event once, with no re-entry.

Secondary tickets
We strongly recommend you to never buy secondary tickets. According to Swedish law, it is not prohibited to sell tickets second hand, but it is difficult to assure that the tickets are valid or that they have not been copied. It could also affect your guaranties, for example: a refund for a cancelled event.

When will I receive my tickets?
If you chose email as your method of delivery, you will receive your tickets soon after the purchase has been approved.

What methods of payment is available?
